These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," and us at "House of Translator," hereinafter referred to as the "Site." The "Services" include all translation work provided, where the "Source Content" you provide is converted into a final "Translated Content." Ordering Services, Pricing, and Payment
To order any of our services, the Client must use the price calculator available on the service (product) page to accurately determine the word count and estimate the total cost. The completion of the order process and the commencement of its execution are conditional upon the full, upfront payment for the service via the approved payment gateways on the Site. All prices displayed are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by the applicable regulations. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, with the commitment to apply the price that was in effect at the moment the Client completed the payment process and confirmed their order, ensuring transparency and clarity in all our financial dealings.
Client Obligations and Service Quality
The Client bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all data provided, including the correct word count of the Source Content. Should we discover a significant discrepancy that affects the cost, we reserve the right to contact the Client to pay the difference or to cancel the order. The Client also affirms that they possess all legal and intellectual property rights to the materials to be translated and that they do not contain anything that violates Saudi regulations. On our part, at "House of Translator," we are committed to providing services that adhere to the highest international quality standards, and we take pride in our compliance with the ISO 17100 standard, which ensures that every project undergoes rigorous review and proofreading processes to deliver professional and reliable translated content.
Delivery, Revisions, and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to making our best effort to complete and deliver the Translated Content, which is sent electronically, within the estimated timeframes. The Client has the right to request a revision or modification of the final work within a maximum period of seven days from the date of delivery, in the event of clear linguistic or factual errors. It should be noted that these revisions do not include changes based on personal stylistic preferences. Regarding the cancellation policy, the Client may cancel their order and receive a full refund, provided that the cancellation is made before our team begins work on the project. Once work has commenced, the paid amount cannot be refunded due to the allocation of resources and time required to complete the task.
